Pixel RGB LED Module is made by 1R1G1B chip in 1 SMD LED which has very small volume.
It also has very good intensity, easy installation and easy maintenance. Each LED has one IC in it.
It can create the effect as you desire, such as word, picture, your picture. It is applied in channel letter and sign.
Installation Instruction
Budget the quantity of LED module
Make sure the arrangement of the LED module at the same apace. The vertical and level space of the LED module is 5-7cm.
The distance between module and the edge of the letter is 4-6cm.
Design the project of power pack
Total power consumption = LED module quantity (in budget) x single module power x 1.2
The installation of the LED module
*Clean the surface.
*Take out the LED module, paste the double-faced papers on the back of the module.
Then put them into the inner side of the box.. or screw them.
*Test it before finishing the installation.
Cautions
*To avoid bright or dark spot on the Acrylic board, please make sure the distance between the board and the module 8-13cm..
*Make sure the proper polarity of wires to the modules.
* LED module are all low voltage products, please use the corresponding transformer. 220V is not suitable.
*To avoid the module falling off, after using the double-faced papers, we suggest you to use hot-melt adhesive to fix them.
*Making a loop of LED module is necessary for the even light of each module when you use them in the letters and signs.
Y type and H type wires are suggested. Each loop should have the same quantity LED modules.
*Make sure the letter box waterproof when you use the un-waterproof module.
*It is important to use the bright and mix-color performance cover to get the best effect of our backlight LED module.
