- Why are your products so cheap?
- The products we carry are From Asia and we buy direct from the Factory, bypassing the middleman.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
- On average, it takes 24 hours to get process and any other 3-6 business days to receive your order. Sometimes it maybe earlier, because it also depends on your local delivery service. Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory holidays.
- What happens if Customs holds my package?
- We can guarantee delivery. Once you order from us, and the parcel gets held by the custom, we will send out the products to you again in 24 Hourss, after we confirm the reason.
- What if I don't receive my order within the promised time period?
- PLEASE EMAIL US! We are not here to steal anyone's money. Items are usually sent out the next day and don't usually take the full amount of time we promise. Also keep in mind that mail might take a few extra time around any major holidays. If you haven't received your item within 7-12 business days please make sure you e-mail our customer support team so we can straighten out the issue immediately.
- Can you accept COD?
- We do not accept COD's your order will not be processed until we receive your payment.
- Can you accept Google Checkout?

- I didn't receive my invoice or other emails?
- A lot of the time ISP's and email providers mark messages as spam on accident. What you'll need to do is check your spam folder, to see if our messages are in fact being marked as spam, if so simply mark it as otherwise as to keep it from happening in the future. You may also need to add our domain name to a safe/white list.

- At LED Shopping Market, we implement the highest level in fraud deterrent system. We verify that the billing address you enter during the checkout process matches what is on file with your credit company. We also verify the last 3 digits on the back of the card for extra security.
